Knowing the Real Causes and Cures for Gum Disease

Add 1 cup of water to the jug after each use.

You should have a sufficient solution for 10 irrigation, then you will want to start a new batch.

HERBS AND ESSENTIAL OILS: A Curing Combo

To help reduce inflammation and swelling of gum tissue, use a mix of herbal tinctures and essential oils.

Mix two 12 ounces each of echinoderm, thyme, and cinnamon bark tinctures with 4 drops each of lavender oil, lavender oil, peppermint oil, and vegetable glycerin.

Dip a wooden toothpick into the solution and lightly clean out the crevice that surrounds each tooth by adding the toothpick parallel to the enamel, as though you were cleaning the cuticles.

Gently operate below the gum line on every enamel, being careful not to tear the bone tissues. Do this every day before going to bed. This kind of cleaning is not debilitating, but the first few cleanings could be uncomfortable if your gums are inflamed.
